PEER, in collaboration with the Commonwealth and Australian Governments, are excited to offer South Australian women an outstanding opportunity to step into a agile and rewarding career pathway through a 12-month, paid Certificate III traineeship – combining study, real-world experience, and mentorship.

Through a mix of on-campus study at TAFE SA (Regency Park) and 3x 12 week practical work placements with leading employers in the defence industry such as:BAE Systems, Babcock, Shadbolt, Axiom Engineering, Century Engineering, Shoal Group, Acciona, Neomech, Kennewell Engineering, RF Shop and more!
During your placements, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of roles such as: Business Administration (Human Resources (HR), Procurement, Reception, Contracts Administration, Business Support, Data analytics etc), Engineering, IT
