We are seeking a Trainer to deliver Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) skills programs.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of participants building foundational skills for work, further study and everyday life.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will develop, deliver and continuously improve engaging LLND training programs within a human centred learning workplace.
Day to day, you will:
Deliver accredited training that builds participants' language, literacy, numeracy and digital literacy skills to meet national specifications
Establish and sustain a safe, inclusive learning environment that values diversity
Adapt training resources and delivery styles to meet the needs of individual participants, referral agencies and program requirements
Build strong relationships with local referral agencies, community organisations and employers to support participant engagement and retention
Complete pre-training assessments and contribute to moderation and validation activities in line with RTO compliance requirements
Maintain accurate records within RTO systems to support quality and continuous improvement




Theregular work patternwould be Monday – Thursday **********pm) Fri *********pm.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent higher education qualification in adult education
TAESSS***** Foundation Skills Integration Skill Set or TAESS***** Address Foundation Skills in Vocational Practice Skill Set (or equivalent)
A track record of strong learner engagement, retention and completion outcomes
Experience contributing to continuous improvement, moderation and validation activities
A flexible, adaptive training style suited to disadvantaged and culturally diverse participants
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and record keeping skills
A satisfactory National Police Check (renewed every two years)
A current Blue Card (Working with Children) or equivalent Working with Vulnerable People registration
