Job Description Commis Chef – Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes across all service periods, including functions and events Set up and run a designated section during service Ensure all mise en place is prepared and service ready Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion control Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and rotation Work closely with senior chefs to deliver a smooth, high-quality service Qualifications Commis Chef – Skills Qualifications Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or currently undertaking) Previous experience in a hotel or commercial kitchen environment Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work independently within a section during service Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Strong time management and organisational skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop culinary skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,
