About Us
Dipcro Pastry is a specialty croissant and pastry shop on the Gold Coast, known for our handmade premium croissants.
With two locations at Chevron Island and Main Beach, we are a growing team that takes pride in great food, great coffee and great service.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic all rounders to join our team on a casual basis across both stores.
No experience necessary, we are more than happy to train the right person.
What matters most to us is a positive attitude, a solid work ethic and a genuine love for hospitality.
What You Will Be Doing
Welcoming and serving customers with a smile
Taking orders and handling the register
Preparing and plating pastries and food items
Assisting with coffee service (training provided)
Keeping the store clean, tidy and presentable
Delivering stock and items between our two stores as needed
Supporting the team wherever needed
What We Are Looking For
A friendly, positive and reliable attitude
Willingness to learn and take on feedback
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Available across weekdays and weekends
A current driver licence (for deliveries between stores)
A team player who takes pride in their work
Must be available to work across both Chevron Island and Main Beach locations
please note that you will have to be available early in the morning as we are a cafe
