Job Description As part of our close-knit team, you'll enjoy a mix of clinical and reception responsibilities, including: Assisting dentists with a variety of clinical procedures Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standards Sterilising instruments and managing clinical stock Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries Booking and managing appointments Processing payments and health fund claims Maintaining accurate patient records Working closely with the team to ensure the practice runs smoothly Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has previous Dental Assistant and/or Dental Reception experience (preferred) Is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and customer service Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is organised,
