Kool Beanz Byron Bay is seeking an exceptional Educational Leader / Assistant Director (2IC) to combine pedagogical leadership with operational excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about mentoring educators, driving high-quality educational outcomes, and supporting the Centre Director in leading a thriving service.
This role combines the responsibilities of both Educational Leader and Second in Charge (Assistant Director), offering variety, leadership development and the opportunity to influence every aspect of the centre's success.

About the Role: Working closely with the Centre Director, you'll play a pivotal role in both the educational and operational success of the service.
You will be responsible for: Educational Leadership Leading and mentoring educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
Embedding the EYLF, NQS and Kool Beanz pedagogy throughout the centre.
Coaching educators through planning cycles, documentation and intentional teaching.
Driving continuous improvement and contributing to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
Monitoring programming and supporting reflective practice across all rooms.
Building educator capability through mentoring, career development and coaching.
