EML is seeking a Senior Case Manager to pro-actively manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims within the Federal Self Insurance team.
Based in Canberra or Melbourne, with the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week, you will coach and escalate as needed while delivering exceptional stakeholder service.
With 2+ years in WC claims or SRC, you will drive recovery, liaise with stakeholders, and support injured workers back to work, contributing to a positive outcomes-focused
