Job Description Help build an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interface, specifically designed to empower borrowers.

Play a leading role in driving the engineering team's rhythm and processes, from planning and resource allocation to design, coding, deployment, and ongoing support.

This includes being proactive in debugging, monitoring, and ensuring the utmost reliability in our production environment.
Qualifications Proficiency in TypeScript , with solid experience across Node.js back-end services and modern React front-ends.
Experience working with document databases, ideally MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance, and/or change-stream or event patterns).
Strong experience building and operating services on AWS , including containerised workloads, networking, observability, and CI-driven deployments.
Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures (e.g.



Kafka or similar), including designing resilient, asynchronous workflows.
Experience designing, building, and evolving HTTP APIs and data contracts , including backwards-compatible changes and integration with multiple consumers.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices , including automated testing, trunk-based development, and feature-flagged releases.
Experience working with third-party APIs, vendors, and partner platforms , including technical due diligence, integration design, and troubleshooting.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across multiple services and integrations, using logs, metrics, and traces effectively.
Experience with at least one secondary language (e.g. Kotlin) and a track record of learning new stacks and tools quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholder Additional Information Lendi Group teams operate across Australia and the Philippines.
