A trusted HSE Professional to leaders across manufacturing and distribution,



you will coach and influence stakeholders to strengthen safety leadership, accountability and risk ownership.
With a strong presence on the frontline workforce, you'll build relationships, support injury management and drive practical HSE outcomes across the site.
What You'll Do Partner with leaders to build HSE capability, ownership and accountability across the site.
Coach, mentor and influence leaders to strengthen safety leadership and behavioral safety practices.
Drive leader-led safety initiatives and foster a proactive safety culture.
Facilitate risk assessments, hazard reviews and critical risk management activities.
Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Manage injury management and return-to-work processes in partnership with key stakeholders.
Deliver engaging HSE training, education and awareness programs.
Monitor, analyse and report on HSE performance, trends and key metrics.
Lead opportunity to join the DEI council.
