About the Role A regional Victorian public hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full time locum opportunity starting ASAP.
This role offers the chance to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team while managing an acute inpatient caseload in a well-established regional health service.
You'll be trusted to independently manage your caseload while receiving support from the wider allied health team when required.
Manage an acute inpatient ward-based caseload Complete functional assessments and discharge planning Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary hospital team Deliver patient-centred care across a variety of acute presentations Skills Experience AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist Confident managing an inpatient clinical caseload Acute hospital experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to work independently within a supportive team Benefits Up to $70 per hour + super Accommodation provided Full-time hours with ASAP start Supportive multidisciplinary team environment Opportunity to gain valuable regional hospital experience Life in Southwest Victoria Located approximately 3.5 hours from Melbourne, this beautiful region is renowned for the Grampians National Park, spectacular hiking trails, waterfalls and wildlife.
