We have fantastic opportunities for a Diploma Qualified, highly motivated Lead Educator who is ready to work Monday to Friday and is looking to work in our privately owned and operated Centre.
This position is a position where using your previous experience as a Lead Educator you will help to manage and support the team.

About the Role: Help to support your team, to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.
Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards About You: Experience: previous experience as a Lead Educator in an early childhood setting.
Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR equivalent approved by ACECQA.
Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for Education: Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.
