With a secure pipeline of work, strong financial backing and a collaborative team culture, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to play a key role in securing and delivering future projects.

THE ROLE
Prepare accurate first-principles estimates and competitive tenders.
Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing.
Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial risks.
Prepare tender submissions and supporting documentation.
Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Build strong relationships with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
YOU
Previous experience as an Estimator within commercial construction.
Strong understanding of estimating methodology, procurement and construction costs.
Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
Excellent negotiation, analytical and commercial skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
