Job Title - PROF Scheduler Job ID - ******* Security Clearance: NV1 Clearance Length of Contract: 11 months The role closes on 31/07/2026 Location: ACT The Service Provider shall provide project schedule management services to the Commonwealth.
The required services may include: develop project master schedules; analyse project information and cost data to adequately monitor and report on project cost and schedule progress, and to provide practical Earned Value Performance Measurement; and mentor, advise and assist project management personnel in relation to the use of current industry best practice schedule tools and project schedule reporting methodologies.
Services are to be provided by personnel with: relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant industry and/or domain work experience; a recognised schedule management qualified qualification; current and relevant risk management experience; knowledge commensurate with the skill level required of relevant Australian and International Standards, regulations, and requirements; and a thorough understanding of: Schedule management methodologies, practices, tools, and software; and Services are to be provided commensurate with relevant Australian and International Standards, regulations, and Defence requirements.
Service providers are to employ industry best practice when undertaking the Services.
SFIA Skills Sought: The provision of support and guidance on portfolio, programme and project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques.
Support includes definition of portfolios, programmes, and projects; advice on the development, production and maintenance of business cases; time, resource, cost and exception plans, and the use of related software tools.
Tracking and reporting of programme/project progress and performance are also covered, as is the capability to facilitate all aspects of portfolio/ programme/ project meetings, workshops and documentation.

Provides basic guidance on individual project proposals.
May be involved in aspects of supporting a programme by providing a cross programme view on risk, change, quality, finance or configuration management.
Takes responsibility for the provision of support services to projects.
