We manufacture and supply high-quality windows, doors, shower screens and wardrobes to some of South Australia's largest residential builders.

Following significant investment in our modern office and manufacturing facilities at Dry Creek, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Controller to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment, thrives on solving problems, coordinating multiple priorities and contributing to operational excellence.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Controller is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring production activities to ensure customer orders are manufactured and delivered on time.
Working closely with customers, suppliers, factory management and production teams, you will ensure materials, resources and production schedules are aligned to meet operational targets and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, project requirements, and delivery commitments.
Review job specifications and production documentation to ensure manufacturing requirements are accurately planned and communicated.
Coordinate the procurement of outsourced materials, components, and services to support production schedules.
Monitor supplier performance and follow up on purchase orders to ensure materials are delivered on time.
Maintain accurate production planning and scheduling information within company systems.




Work closely with Factory Management and Production Supervisors to effectively plan labour, equipment, and resources.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding production progress and delivery schedules.
Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks or delays, and implement corrective actions where required.
Prepare production reports and performance metrics to support operational decision-making.
Provide administrative support for Production Planning and Production Control function.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, workflow efficiency, and customer service.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Confidence learning and using business and manufacturing software systems.
Proven ability to build effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering excellent service.
Desirable Experience
While not essential, the following experience will be highly regarded:
Production planning, production control, scheduling, manufacturing administration or supply chain coordination.




Experience within manufacturing, construction, building products, aluminium, glass, windows and doors, or a related industry.
Knowledge of aluminium windows and doors, glazing products or residential building processes.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience monitoring operational KPIs and driving process improvements.
