As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering outstanding dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
Planning menus and assisting with the development of new menu items.
Monitoring food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and high standards.




Managing food stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Supervising and training kitchen staff when required.
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Chef.
Relevant culinary qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent preferred).
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
A positive attitude and solid teamwork skills.
