About the role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Equipment Operator Trainee to join our Gold Coast team.
This is an entry-level, hands-on role with full training provided.
Previous manufacturing experience or a trade qualification is not required.
You will be trained to set up, operate and monitor specialised production equipment used in our manufacturing process.
The work requires care, consistency and a practical approach.
What you'll be doing
You will be working with other people and you will learn how to:
Set up and operate specialised production equipment under supervision
Load materials and monitor equipment during production runs
Check finished work for quality and consistency
Make basic adjustments and report equipment or quality issues
Maintain a clean, protected and organised work area
Follow production instructions and workplace safety procedures
What we're looking for
You do not need previous experience.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude and good practical ability.

you must:
Be comfortable working with machinery and following step-by-step processes
Be practical, observant and willing to learn
Be reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
Be able to stay focused while carrying out repetitive, precise work
Be comfortable with hands-on work in a production environment
Have reliable transport to and from work
Have unrestricted Australian work rights
Have good communication skills and a positive attitude
Experience with tools, machinery, DIY projects or practical mechanical work would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
