Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2/3 support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues in a Windows environment.
Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and SharePoint environments.
Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers and switches.
Work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.




Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and projects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency
Proven experience in a Level 2/3 Support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft suite (365, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint).
Experience with networking equipment such as routers and switches (desirable) & Fortinet Firewalls
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Robust communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Relevant IT certifications are highly desirable.
