Join the Petstock Darwin team as a Customer Service and Sales Associate.
The role focuses on providing outstanding service to pet owners and driving sales while maintaining store presentation and safety.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and support pet owners with product advice.
Complete sale transactions and work toward store sales targets.
Maintain store presentation and ensure current stock is accurately displayed.
Replenish stock and keep inventory up to date.
Keep product knowledge current on pet care, products and services.
Contribute to a supportive store culture and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of experience in a similar retail environment.
Passion for animals and a strong customer‐service orientation.
Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work weekends/public holidays.




Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
