About Jina Windscreens
Jina Windscreens is a new mobile windscreen supply, fitting, and repair business operating across the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
We serve fleet operators, mining companies, contractors, and individual customers — bringing professional on-site windscreen services directly to our clients across one of Australia's most active industrial regions.
We are growing quickly and are looking for a qualified Auto Glazier to join our team at the ground level — someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of something built to last.
About the Role
Repair, replace, and fit windscreens on all types of motor vehicles to Australian Standards
Complete ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) re-calibrations as required
Travel to customer sites to deliver mobile, in office windscreen services
Complete all work professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner
Work independently with honesty, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
Work Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday and overtime availability
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience fitting and repairing windscreens to Australian Standards
Glazing Work (GLW) class of repair licence (or willingness to obtain)
Customer-focused and takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship
Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles; truck licence preferred but not essential
Reliable, honest, and positive — able to work independently and as part of a team
Full Australian working rights required
