About the role

We're searching for a passionate Boutique Manager to lead a high-performing Harbour Town boutique.
You'll be the driving force behind the store's success, creating an inspiring team culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences and bringing every collection to life through strong leadership, visual excellence and commercial focus.
This role is perfect for an experienced fashion leader who enjoys coaching others, building a positive store culture and taking pride in achieving outstanding results.
What you will do
Drive boutique performance across sales, conversion, ATV, IPS and customer loyalty targets
Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering elevated styling experiences and strong customer engagement
Coach, motivate and develop a results-driven team culture
Manage rostering and wages in line with business needs and peak trade periods
Oversee stock processes, inventory control, and operational standards




Execute visual merchandising direction and maintain premium presentation standards
Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Create a positive, fashion-focused environment that inspires both team and customers
What you will bring
Previous Store Manager experience within fashion retail preferred
Strong commercial understanding across KPIs, wages, and sales performance
Confidence managing a boutique environment independently
Passion for styling and creating memorable customer experiences
Ability to coach, inspire and develop retail teams
High level communication skills and solid emotional intelligence
Organised and operationally focused with excellent attention to detail
