We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Geelong.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Assisting customers in our showroom with carpet, hybrid, timber, laminate, vinyl tiles, blinds, shutters, and curtains.
• Conducting in-home consultations and taking accurate site measurements.
• Providing expert advice on products, styles, colours, and practical solutions.
• Reading house plans and construction drawings to prepare accurate quotes.
• Preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries and installations.
• Building robust customer relationships to ensure an exceptional experience from enquiry through to completion.
• Following up customer enquiries and closing sales opportunities.




• Assisting with showroom presentation and merchandising.
• Supporting warehouse operations, stock handling, and customer collections when required.
• Staying up to date with industry trends, products, and training programs.
What We're Looking For:
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Flooring, window furnishing, building, or retail sales experience highly regarded.
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence with measurements, quoting, and basic calculations.
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
