sandwiches , wraps , paninis
Deep fried foods
Baked Dishes , Quiches , Potato/vegetable bakes
Roast meats Pork / Lamb
Gravy
Prep work
Creative ideas for implementing New Dishes welcome
High understanding with all Health and Safety aspects
Food Standards
Great work ethics
