Our client is looking for an experiencedWorkshop Managerto lead their new Division in Ferryden Park.
If you're a hands-on leader with experience managing workshop teams in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or industrial environments, this is a excellent opportunity to join a growing company delivering high-quality engineered skid solutions.
What You'll Do
Lead and oversee daily workshop operations.
Manage project schedules, resources, and workflow.
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Supervise, mentor, and support workshop staff.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For
Experience managing a workshop or production team.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS).
Ability to read engineering drawings.
A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Desirable (but not essential)
Electrical trade or testing experience.
Experience with transformers, switchgear, substations, kiosks, or similar industrial equipment.
