About the Role
As the Laboratory Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating laboratory operations and supporting the delivery of high-quality analytical services.
Working closely with laboratory leadership, you'll ensure workflows run efficiently while mentoring and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily laboratory workflow and staffing to meet operational requirements.
Monitor productivity, turnaround times, and quality performance.
Lead, coach, and support laboratory employees to achieve team objectives.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Support ISO/IEC ***** quality systems, audits, and compliance activities.
Investigate quality, safety,



and operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across laboratory operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience working within a laboratory environment.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of laboratory quality systems, including ISO/IEC *****.
