Experienced Signage Fabricator – In-House Workshop

At SolaSpot, we do things differently.
We're a small Adelaide-based manufacturer designing and producing premium illuminated house plaques that are sold online and shipped Australia-wide.
Every plaque is custom made in our Parafield workshop, giving us complete control over quality from artwork through to dispatch.
We're looking for an experienced signage fabricator who enjoys building quality products, works to a high standard and likes being part of a small team where their contribution genuinely makes a difference.
About the role
This role is far more than simply manufacturing products.
You'll work closely with the business owner and another production team member to manufacture our custom products while helping maintain the high standards our customers expect.
You'll be involved in a variety of tasks including:
Preparing artwork using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator
Manufacturing custom illuminated house plaques
Vinyl cutting, application and assembly
Operating laser and CNC equipment (experience beneficial)
Quality control throughout the production process




Assisting with workshop organisation and workflow
Packaging and preparing completed orders for dispatch
Helping improve production systems and efficiency as we continue to grow
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on and takes pride in producing exceptional work.
Ideally you'll have:
Previous experience within the signage industry
Experience using CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
The ability to manage multiple jobs throughout the day
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a small team
Experience operating laser or CNC equipment would be highly regarded but isn't essential, as training can be provided.
