Answering Adelaide is a 24/7 inbound call centre answering for over 250 different companies based in the Tea Tree Gully area.
This role is working in an office space.
We are looking for someone that wants to work, is available 7 days a week and willing to work overnight.
Approximately ***** hours per week.
Shifts are generally 6 hour shifts either business hours, afternoons or weekends.
Roster provided 4-6 weeks in advance.
This is not a position to fill in time as there is a lot of training involved.
We only want applications from people that want to stay long term.
No prior call centre experience required.
We will provide all of the training.
Only requirements we are looking for are:
-Touch type
-Punctual, Reliable and robust work ethic
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Computer literacy
Pay rate is per Contract Call Centres Award.
