About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Support Analyst to join our IT team.Reporting to the ICT Manager, you'll provide first and second level technical support across the business while assisting with the ongoing management of our technology environment.No two days are the same.
One moment you could be onboarding new employees, the next troubleshooting network issues,



supporting site teams, deploying new hardware, or assisting with technology projects that improve the way our business operates.You'll work closely with our ICT Manager, Systems Administrators and external technology partners to ensure our systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
Key responsibilities include: Providing responsive Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across office and construction site usersTroubleshooting hardware, software, networking and system issuesSetting up laptops, desktops, mobile phones, printers and other devicesManaging user accounts, permissions and onboarding of new employeesSupporting Microsoft desktop environments and business applicationsAssisting with Citrix Desktop and Published ApplicationsMaintaining IT asset registers and software licensing recordsSupporting network security and backup processesAssisting with infrastructure upgrades and technology improvement projectsCreating and maintaining IT documentation and user guidesWorking closely with external vendors to resolve complex technical issuesIdentifying opportunities to improve business systems and user experience
About YouWe're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in finding practical solutions.You'll likely have around 3–5 years' experience in an ICT Support,



Service Desk or Systems Support role within a medium-sized business.
Due to certain security requirements, only Australian Citizens or those with Permanent Residency will be eligible.
You'll also bring:Experience supporting Windows desktop environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting Microsoft 365 environmentsKnowledge of Active Directory and user account administrationExperience deploying and supporting laptops, mobile devices and peripheralsExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive approach and genuine desire to continuously improve systems and processes
Highly regarded experience includes:Exposure to Citrix Desktop and Published ApplicationsSQL Server or scripting experienceRelevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent industry experienceExperience working in construction, engineering or project-based organisations
