We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Analyst to provide technical leadership across our enterprise network workplace and support mission-critical infrastructure that underpins patient care.
About The Role
This is a senior technical position responsible for:
Providing technical leadership and guidance within the Network TeamEnsuring efficient, customer-focused support and timely escalation of complex issuesLeading and participating in network architecture and design initiatives delivering highly available, fault‐tolerant solutions for mission‐critical clinical and corporate systemsResearching, testing and advising on emerging technologiesSupporting infrastructure projects across diverse and remote sitesParticipating in an on-call rosterDriving continual service improvement aligned to ITIL service management frameworks
You will operate within a complex, geographically distributed health network environment where reliability, security and performance are non-negotiable.
About You
You are a technically strong, solutions-focused network professional with demonstrated experience in enterprise environments.
You Will Bring
Relevant tertiary qualifications,



industry certifications or equivalent experienceStrong expertise in switching and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, VLANs, ARP, Spanning Tree)Experience with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, SSO, Network Access Control, VPNs and Next Generation FirewallsEnterprise wireless and mobility solutions knowledge ******* standards)Experience leading or contributing to infrastructure architecture and design workshopsProven ability to manage vendors and third-party providersStrong analytical and problem-solving capability in complex, mission-critical environmentsA customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skillsAbility to plan, prioritise and manage competing demandsEligibility to drive in NSW and willingness to travel across sites as requiredExperience with Aruba Networks, Extreme Networks and FortiGate products will be highly regarded.
