Bidfood Yatala is seeking a reliable, hard‐working person to join our warehouse team in a combined Consolidation/ Picker position.
This is a casual position, and availability Thursday, Friday and Sunday afternoons is a must.
This hybrid, all-rounder role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in doing things properly and thrives in a well‐organised, fast‐paced workplace.
You'll play a key part in both preparing customer orders and ensuring they leave the warehouse accurately, efficiently and on time.

About the role
This role is all about getting customer orders ready quickly, accurately and with care.
You'll work in freezer, chiller and dry areas, helping make sure deliveries go out on time, every time.
Your day will include:
Consolidate and assemble pallets in preparation for the delivery driver's orders
Load trucks for dispatch
Picking and assembling orders to spec
Moving between dry, chilled and frozen zones
Keeping your area clean, organised and safe
Helping your team meet daily targets
Supporting the warehouse team when needed

You're physically fit, switched on and ready to get stuck in.
You don't mind the cold, you show up on time and you get the job done properly.

You might have experience in a warehouse, kitchen or similar fast-paced environment, but the most significant thing is your attitude.

Skills and experience
You'll bring a solid work ethic, a practical mindset and the ability to handle physical tasks in a rapid -paced environment.
You will also be:
Forklift licence (desirable)
Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
Have good time management and attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and meet daily targets
Comfortable working in cold environments (down to -25°C)
Previous warehouse or picking experience is a bonus, but not a must
