What You'll Be DoingLead day-to-day pharmacy operations across a diverse healthcare networkInspire, mentor and develop a team focused on quality and excellenceDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service outcomesBuild strong relationships with hospital executives, clinicians and key stakeholdersOversee compliance, governance, inventory management and service performanceSupport the growth and expansion of clinical and operational pharmacy services
