About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Outage Supervisors to support upcoming outage projects across multiple locations.
These roles are responsible for the planning, execution, and close-out of turbine and plant outage activities, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutage planning and preparation activitiesSupervise execution of maintenance and outage worksEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsCoordinate teams and contractors during outage eventsManage reporting, documentation, and outage close-outProvide technical support to trades and maintenance personnel
Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience in a supervisory role within outage/shutdown environmentsStrong technical knowledge of: Turbine maintenance and overhaulsValve maintenance and repairsGenerators and plant auxiliary systemsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to perform in high-pressure, deadline-driven environmentsCommitment to health, safety, and quality standards
