We're looking for an experienced project professional to join us as a Client Leader, someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering successful digital projects and helping organisations achieve meaningful outcomes.
About the Role
As a Client Leader, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while building trusted, long-term partnerships.
Working closely with our Product, Delivery and Development teams, you'll coordinate and manage projects from initiation through to completion, helping clients maximise the value of Fusion's products and services while delivering exceptional outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
Build trusted client partnerships
Being the primary contact for your client portfolio.
Build strong relationships through proactive communication and trusted advice.
Facilitate project and governance meetings.
Understand your clients' goals and translate them into successful delivery.
Deliver successful projects
Manage multiple digital projects from initiation through to completion.
Coordinate internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies.
Keep clients informed, engaged and confident throughout delivery.
Drive value
Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes.
Support commercial discussions, project variations and future planning.
Monitor project performance and contribute to successful commercial outcomes.
Continuously look for ways to improve how we deliver for our clients.

You'll likely have:
Experience managing technology, software or digital projects.
Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, planning and organisational abilities.
Experience managing project schedules, budgets and risks.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
Experience building and managing client relationships in a remote or hybrid environment.
