We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to reach across our global Composite Fibre Technologies (CFT) business.
You will develop the marketing strategy, for the brand and to launch innovative new products in a competitive workplace.
In this full-time position located at Wellcamp in the heart of our CFT operations, you will autonomously manage and execute Wagners CFT sales and marketing strategy.
Main Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the sales, operations and product teams to understand customer needs and identify target audiencesStructure and support marketing events (webinar series, conference materials, technical presentations)Drive CRM Database automation to build outbound/email marketing campaignsManage performance marketing, PR campaigns and social media accountsDevelop content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assetsManage budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budgetManage the Marketing Dashboard, evaluate campaign effectiveness (metrics) and ROIMaintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channelsMonitor competitor activities, analyse market trends and business insightsOversee external agency relationships (Brand, Creative, Media, PR)Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsWork collaboratively with the sales team and tailor marketing activities around target projects, clients and current industry trends

Extensive experience in managing Digital Campaigns (Inbound/Outbound marketing)Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing plans that drive business resultsStrong written and verbal communication skills to craft and deliver a compelling message,

Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub would be advantageousKnowledge of the Local, State and Federal Government construction sector, along with the general civil construction market, and an understanding of the contract and tendering processes is desirable but not essentialTertiary level qualifications in Marketing or Communications are expected, but may be offset by extensive relevant experience and demonstrated knowledge of, and expertise in, using contemporary marketing strategies and platforms
