Next Level Earthmoving Group Pty Ltd is growing and we're looking for an experienced Final Trim/All-Rounder Operator to join our team.
We're a Pilbara based civil contractor specialising in detailed earthworks, marine civil construction, drainage and final trim works, with a strong pipeline of works across the Pilbara.
? The Role
We're chasing a skilled operator who can:
Perform high-quality final trim work to spec on excavators *******T) and dozers (D6)
Operate GPS (essential)
Jump on multiple machines as required (excavator, grader, loader etc.)
Read and work from plans
Work independently and as part of a tight crew
Experience in marine construction/sea walls a solid advanatge
✅ What We're Looking For
Proven experience in final trim/GPS operation
Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
Ability to work across different machines
White Card + relevant machine tickets
Reliable, team player, good attitude




? Location / Roster
Residential strongly preferred (Port Hedland) or willing to relocate ASAP
OR
FIFO ex Perth (interstate welcome)
Rosters flexible depending on project
