This role is responsible for generating new business ,managing commercial property sales and leasing transactions and delivering outstanding service to property owners, investors and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new sales and leasing opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
Conduct property inspections and market appraisals
List and market commercial properties for sale and lease
Negotiate sales and lease agreements
Manage enquiries and follow up with prospective clients
Prepare proposals, contracts, and related documentation
Maintain accurate client and property records
Stay informed of market trends and local commercial property activity
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
Become a recognised authority in your local commercial market
Negotiate confidently and close transactions with professionalism and integrity.
Key Skills and Experience
A proven experience as commercial real estate salesperson or leasing agent.
Hungry, ambitious and highly self motivated.




Commercially minded and confident negotiating with business owners.
Relationship-driven rather than transaction-driven.
Skilled, resilient and accountable.
Passionate about building a long-term career, not just collecting commissions.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Current Queensland Real Estate Licence
