Job Description
Position Summary:
Technical support and training customers to understand our products and ITC Cat 1 / basic training / seminars.
Job Description
Answer technical calls and questions from customers and distributors.
Email customers with technical support and advice on cameras, software, T&M; products and training.




Prepare and run ITC training courses over 4 and 5 days to Cat 1 standards.
Attend exhibitions when required.
Qualification
Minimum 5 + years of support and dealing with customers.
Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel and Outlook Immediate level of English skill preferred

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
