Venue Operations Coordinator
Fixed-Term Contract (Full time)
Join the team behind SA's biggest sporting events, concerts and major events at Adelaide Oval.
We're looking for a Venue Operations Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of events across the precinct.
From cricket and AFL through to concerts and major events, you'll work with internal teams, venue hirers and key stakeholders to help bring events to life.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being where things happen, can juggle competing priorities and takes pride in seeing events come together from planning through to delivery.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in ensuring Adelaide Oval is ready to deliver an event by:
Work closely with stakeholders, hirers and internal teams to bring events to life.
Manage venue access, accreditation and event logistics.
Coordinate event activations and ensure operational and site requirements are met.
Supporting event-day operations and venue readiness to ensure the event runs smoothly and safely.
Solving problems, keeping things moving and making sure the details don't get missed.
Support continuous improvement and exceptional guest experiences
About you
You'll be someone who:
Has experience in events, venue operations, sport or a similar setting
Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Builds strong relationships and communicates confidently with a range of stakeholders
Stays calm under pressure and enjoys being part of event delivery
A team player with a proactive and hands on approach

This role is offered on a fixed term contract to cover parental leave within the team.
Applicants 18 & over, will be required to successfully obtain a DHS Working with Children's Check (for paid employment) within the first two months of employment.
