Schedule:Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
Location:- Gatton
Hours:Up to 38 hours with flexibility
Compensation:Up to $41 per hour + super
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Centre Director with daily operations and leadership
Contribute to and lead aspects of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
Support compliance with the NQF, EYLF, and Regulations
Mentor and support educators across the service
Promote a positive, reflective and collaborative team culture
Build strong relationships with children, families and staff

We would love you to have:
A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
Previous experience as a room leader/ Assistant Director
Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
A current Qld Blue Card
Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children
