This is far more than a reception role.
You'll play a critical part in keeping our business running smoothly by supporting our leadership team, coordinating administration across multiple departments, managing office operations, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

About the Role
This is afull-time positionbased primarily at ourNerang Head Office.
Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm
As our Office Administrator, you'll work closely with every department across the business including Sales, Operations, Service, Marketing and Management.
No two days will be the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Be the welcoming first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our business.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and confidently.
Deliver exceptional customer service across every interaction.
Respond to emails and customer enquiries promptly.
Direct enquiries to the appropriate department.
Help maintain our reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction.
Executive & Office Administration
Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
Manage diaries, meeting schedules and executive priorities.




Coordinate internal meetings and prepare meeting documentation.
Prepare correspondence, reports and business documents.
Maintain organised digital filing systems and business records.
Assist with business improvement projects and operational administration.
Accounts & Invoice Administration
Process supplier and customer invoices accurately.
Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery records.
Maintain organised financial documentation.
Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice enquiries.
Support reporting and general financial administration.
Human Resources Administration
Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate communication.
Schedule interviews and assist with recruitment administration.
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain confidential employee records.
Assist with timesheets and payroll administration.
Fleet & Asset Management
Coordinate the company vehicle fleet.
Manage vehicle servicing, registrations and maintenance schedules.
Track company assets including vehicles, tools, keys and equipment.
Maintain accurate asset registers.
Assist with installer compliance and vehicle compliance requirements.
Office Management
Order stationery, groceries, uniforms and office supplies.
Coordinate supplier deliveries.
Maintain office presentation and organisation.
Assist in coordinating company events, team celebrations and training days.
Provide general administrative support across all business functions.
About You




We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, loves being organised, and takes ownership of their work.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in administration, office management, reception or customer service.
A confident, friendly and professional phone manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong time management and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Experience managing diaries, meetings and competing priorities.
Solid computer skills including Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Experience using CRM systems (Monday.com experience is highly regarded but not essential).
The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
