Key Responsibilities
Scheduled servicing:Perform routine maintenance of display aquariums, including water quality checks, cleaning, and livestock care.
Installation:Set up new display aquariums, ensuring correct equipment configuration, aquascaping, and safe livestock introduction.
Call-out attendance:Respond promptly to client service requests and troubleshoot aquarium issues on-site.
Client engagement:Provide professional advice and support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Record keeping:Maintain accurate service logs, inventory usage, and client communication records.
Safety compliance:Adhere to company standards and protected work practices during all servicing and installations.
Skills & Qualifications
Aquarium knowledge:Understanding of aquatic systems, fish health,



and water chemistry.
Technical ability:Competence in handling pumps, filters, lighting systems, and other aquarium equipment.
Problem-solving:Ability to diagnose and resolve aquarium-related issues quickly.
Customer service:Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
Organizational skills:Ability to manage schedules, service records, and inventory effectively.
Driver's license:Required for travel between client sites in North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast.
