About the Role:
The role will include a diverse range of hardware related projects based around Desktop/Laptop installs and support, Printer installs, configuration and support, Network/server installs and troubleshooting, POS maintenance and install and the associated cabling works for the above.
Ideally you will have hands on experience in any or all of the following (the more the better!):
Upgrades and deployment of technology hardware (routers, switches, WAP's)
Troubleshooting, back-up and restore on both hardware and network issues
Server builds and Network Patching
Experience with construction and deconstruction on Network/Server racks
Good knowledge of technologies including Operating Systems and Printer configuration.
Knowledge of Network connectivity and Server builds
Cabling associated with all of the above
If you have Starlink installation experience and a Safe Working at Heights certificate, that would be awesome!
The following licenses are ESSENTIAL (please do not apply if you don't have ALL of the below):
Valid drivers license
Open Cabling Registration/License
The following are highly desirable:
White Card (Construction industry induction)
Safe working at heights certificate
EWP license

IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY WORKING FULL TIME, THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU.
We need someone who has the flexibility to have availability during business hours Monday to Friday.
The role does not support relocation so please only apply if you are currently residing in Adelaide.
This role also suits someone who has other casual work and wants something to supplement that work (but also has flexible availability).
