About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivatedResidential Building Supervisorto oversee day‐to‐day site operations across multiple housing projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily on‐site construction activities
Coordinate and schedule trades, deliveries, and subcontractors
Ensure all work is completed to company standards and building codes
Monitor project timelines and progress
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits




Resolve on‐site issues promptly to avoid delays
Communicate effectively with trades, suppliers, and internal teams
Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
About You
Previous experience as a Building Supervisor (residential preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and OH&S; requirements
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Solid communication and leadership skills
Trade qualification or building/construction background preferred
Current driver's licence
