To help bring this vision to life, we're searching for an exceptional Head of Corporate Services to lead the strategic direction of our corporate services portfolio and ensure our organisation has the governance, financial stewardship and organisational capability to deliver on its ambitious goals.
In this newly created role, as a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of Experience Gold Coast by driving enterprise performance, enabling sustainable growth, and leading the shared services functions that support both Experience Gold Coast and other controlled entities.
What You'll Do
In this senior leadership role, you'll provide strategic oversight of our Corporate Services portfolio while ensuring the organisation operates with discipline, transparency and commercial focus.
You will:
Lead the strategic direction of Corporate Services
Drive financial stewardship and organisational sustainability
Strengthen governance, risk and compliance frameworks




Lead a high-performing shared services model
Partner with the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team on enterprise strategy
Build capability across Finance, Technology, Legal & Procurement and People & Culture
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
Significant executive leadership experience across corporate services, finance or shared services portfolios
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience leading organisational performance and long-term financial sustainability
Demonstrated success leading governance, risk and compliance frameworks within complex organisations
Exceptional strategic thinking, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading through senior leaders to deliver enterprise-wide outcomes
A collaborative leadership style with a focus on performance, innovation and continuous improvement
