We're looking for an experiencedAccountantto join our friendly and collaborative team on a part time basis (3 days per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, mentoring others and contributing to a positive team culture.
About the Role
This is a varied role where you'll manage a portfolio of business clients while providing practical advice that helps them make better financial decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
Preparing and reviewing Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) returns
Assisting clients with payroll tax, WorkCover and other statutory compliance requirements
Delivering proactive tax planning and business advisory services
Building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted adviser
Supporting and collaborating with other members of our team
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people as much as numbers.
You'll ideally have:
CA or CPA qualification (or be close to completion)
Several years' experience in Australian public practice, specialising in Business Services




Ability to manage your time and workflow
Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and compliance requirements
Experience preparing financial statements and income tax returns
Experience preparing FBT returns
Sound understanding of payroll tax, WorkCover and related statutory obligations
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Confidence reviewing work and mentoring junior team members or offshore staff
