Working in a modern, fully equipped workshop, you'll repair accident-damaged vehicles using the latest manufacturer-approved repair methods and equipment.

The Role
As anMET Technician / Strip Fitter, you'll be responsible for dismantling, repairing and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
Working alongside experienced Panel Beaters and Paint Sprayers, you'll ensure every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.
Your Responsibilities
Strip and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components on accident-damaged vehicles.
Carry out repairs using manufacturer-approved repair methods and the latest equipment.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults where required.




Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced accident repair centre.
Work closely with the wider bodyshop team to maintain an efficient repair process.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as anMET Technician,Strip FitterorBodyshop Technicianwithin a busy accident repair centre.
Recognised apprenticeship with anNVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATAor equivalent qualification.
Excellent knowledge of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques.
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
High attention to detail with pride in producing quality workmanship.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excellent team-working skills.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards.
