About the Role As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering cloud migration initiatives while supporting and enhancing a modern cloud workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading migration of mission-critical applications from on-premises to AWS and Azure.
Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure using modern engineering practices.
Supporting Cloud Operations and BAU activities across production environments.
Driving DevOps and DevSecOps best practices.
Collaborating with technical teams to improve automation,
security and operational efficiency.
Providing technical guidance and sharing cloud expertise across the team.
Skills & Experience:
Strong commercial AWS experience (essential).
Azure experience (highly desirable).
Proven experience migrating applications from on-premises environments to cloud.
Solid DevOps and DevSecOps experience.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform highly regarded).
Exposure to GitHub, HashiCorp tooling or similar technologies is advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within technical and business teams.
