The opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our in-office team at Jade Finance.
This position is perfect for someone with strong design skills, a creative mindset, and keen eye for detail.
You'll support our experienced marketing team across a wide range of digital and print projects, with a particular focus on our growing B2B marketing requirements and creating content for broker training videos.
About the role
You'll assist the marketing team across multiple creative and administrative areas, including:
Collaborating with partnersto determine specific requirements forco-branded campaigns and managing the productionof those marketing assets.
Helping todesign and produce on-brand marketing materialsfor print and digital platforms.
Structuring educational courses andcreating compelling content for broker training videos, using AI tools to execute and produce them.




Assisting withsocial media, email campaigns, copy writingand other digital marketing activities.
Working collaboratively with the internal teams, partners, and external suppliersensuring all projects run smoothly and deliver quality results.

What we're looking for
Excellentverbal and written communication skills
Ability to write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy (native-level English proficiency)
Highattention to detail and keen eye for design, layout, and presentation
Proficiency withAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience withCanva, Google Workspace and AI toolsis highly desirable
Proactive, confident, and passionate, with awillingness to learn new skills
Adaptable and comfortableworking in a team-oriented team environment
