About the Role
Based south of the river, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor, or a capable tradesperson ready to make the move into supervision, to take ownership of air conditioning installations across our residential construction projects.
Working closely with our site supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers, you'll coordinate and oversee installations from planning through to handover, ensuring every job is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Day to day, you'll be planning installations, managing trades and suppliers, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and WHS requirements, with the administrative and reporting exposure that sets you up for long-term leadership in the field.
For experienced supervisors, it's a chance to hit the ground running with a growing, professional team close to home.

About You
You're either a proven air conditioning supervisor or a standout tradie with the technical know-how and drive to lead quality installations from start to finish.
You'll bring:
A current driver's licence
A Construction White Card and First Aid Certificate
Solid experience in air conditioning systems, installation processes and compliance standards
Strong communication skills to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
A confident, solutions-focused approach to managing priorities and resolving issues on site
Competence with IT systems and construction-related software
The leadership presence to hold a team accountable while building a positive, productive site culture
