Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and skilled All Rounder Operators to join our team for FMG Project.
You will be responsible for operating various machinery and supporting a range of site-based activities as required throughout the project.

Conduct thorough daily plant pre-start checks and perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep machinery running at peak performance.
Ensure all assigned plant is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, operational efficiency, and safety.
Attentively participate in daily pre-starts, safety toolboxes and team meetings to maintain an incident-free workplace.




Accurately record, compile, and submit all required daily operational paperwork, machine logs, and site documentation.
Diligently follow site safety protocols and environmental guidelines to ensure compliant and respectful land management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Please apply if you believe you meet the following:
Experienced in machinery (Skid Steer, Excavator, Loader, Roller, Water cart, Dump truck or Grader)
Minimum HR licence (HC/MC higher preferred for semi watercarts)
Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
Relevant Operations Ticket
Mine site, Industrial, or construction industry experience
FMG inducted (Highly desirable)
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills of different seniorities
Able to demonstrate a history of safe work practices.
Full Australian Working Rights
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
