Position:Mechanical Trade Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Safely perform manual labour tasks, including lifting, carrying, and transporting materials
Assist tradespeople with hands-on tasks
Operate and maintain hand tools, small plant, and equipment safely
Adhere to all site safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment
Perform general construction and cleaning tasks
Participate in pre-starts and toolbox talks
Review, contribute to, and comply with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), including signing on as required
Assist crane operations with installation of GRC panels
Essential Requirements
Valid Driver's Licence
Construction Induction (White Card)
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
High Risk Work Licence (WP, DG)




Highly Regarded - High Risk Work Licence (CN, RB, LF, SB) and welding ability
